Store Policies
Thank you for shopping online with The Barn Swallow Artisan Gallery. All items in the shop have been carefully curated by Barn Swallow owners Janice Arone & Mary Ann Burk. We hope you will enjoy our pottery and other artisan products.
We want to make you aware of the following store policies:
There is a $25 minimum on orders.
We do not offer refunds. Items may be returned for store credit for the cost of the item, excluding the cost of shipping. Store credit must be used within a year of the return.
Online orders typically ship within 7 days of receipt. You may cancel an order for a full refund up until the time it ships.
Occasionally an item my have to be back ordered. In those cases, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait for the back ordered item.
If you select to pick up at the store rather than ship, please wait for us to contact you to schedule a pickup time. We will contact you using the email or phone number you provided with your order.
