Availability
All our products are created by hand in small quantities and some products are made to order. Occasionally an item will be sold out before it is removed from the website. In that case we will contact you immediately to arrange for a full refund or substitution, whichever you prefer. All in-stock orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Made-to-order products will ship in 1 - 2 weeks.

Colors
Colors are subjective, and the way they are represented on screen is not always accurate, depending on many factors such as light during the photo session, software conversions and the end-users monitor quality. We strive to represent the product colors as truthfully as possible. Please contact us before you place your order if you have questions.

How to order
You can order and pay directly from our website using PayPal which provides an easy and safe way to pay online. For information on PayPal security click here. You can also place an order by e-mail at info@thebarnswallow.com. Remember to include item numbers, your name and shipping address, and a phone number where we can reach you. We will promptly e-mail you an order confirmation with total cost and estimated delivery time. Never include any financial information such as credit card numbers if you order via e-mail. We will contact you for payment arrangements.

International orders
Customers outside of the US must contact us prior to placing your order, so we can calculate additional shipping fees. International orders will be shipped via USPS Global Priority and the customer is responsible for applicable taxes and duties. Only payments via Paypal are accepted for international orders.

Payment Information
We accept credit card payments via PayPal, checks and money orders.

Privacy
When you place an order we will use information such as address, e-mail, and phone number to process your order. We will never share this information with third parties. You have the option to join our mailing list if you are interested in receiving information about sales, new products and events. You can cancel your enrollment at any time. I never share the mailing list with third parties.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of your purchase. The item should be returned in unused condition, with tags and receipts included. Please call or e-mail us immediately if you want to return a product so we can discuss any problems and make arrangements in person. Buyer will pay shipping costs for returned items.

Shipping
Orders within the United States will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, which means 2-3 days in transit to the east coast, 4-5 days to central US, and 6 - 7 days to the west coast. Shipping and handling will be calculated at check-out based on the volume of your order and the location. All in-stock orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Made-to-order products will ship in 1 - 2 weeks.

Tax
All customers in Virginia will be charged a 5% sales tax.
