How to order

All our products are created by hand in small quantities and some products are made to order. Occasionally an item will be sold out before it is removed from the website. In that case we will contact you immediately to arrange for a full refund or substitution, whichever you prefer. All in-stock orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Made-to-order products will ship in 1 - 2 weeks.

Online
You can order directly from our website by adding items to the shopping cart and follow standard check-out procedures. Your payment will be processed through PayPal, which provides an easy and safe way to pay online by credit card. For information on PayPal security click here.

E-mail
You can also place an order by e-mail at info@thebarnswallow.com. Include item numbers, name, shipping address, and phone number. We will promptly e-mail you an order confirmation with total cost and estimated delivery time. Never include any financial information such as credit card numbers if you order via e-mail. We will contact you for payment arrangements.

Payments
We accept money orders, personal checks, and credit card payments and bank payments via Paypal.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of your purchase. The item should be returned in unused condition, with tags and receipts included. Please call or e-mail us immediately if you want to return a product so we can discuss any problems and make arrangements in person. Buyer will pay shipping cost for returned items.
